Near the shoreline on Bygdøy we have together with R21 Architects drawn three apartment buildings over three stories with an unique apartment on each floor.
The topography, shape and location of the site gives the opportunity to achieve three large floors by using the existing stone walls found on the site. The apartment buildings follows a strict set of regulations for the site. First and second floor have direct access to the outside terrain and the top floor penthouse has a private roof terrace. The buildings are planned in stone cladding to inherit the expression of the existing stone walls on the site, and also give an strong quality for the project that are located on one of Oslos most sought after sites.
